I am starting a new roommate post since the last one is way far back in the posts.
I am looking for either a roommate to share my room at Sebastopol Inn (your cost $85 plus tax) OR if someone else already has a room there and wants a roommate for it, it's not too late to cancel my reservation and be your roommate. Please let's not make the accommodations so expensive to where we can't buy COOL vendor stuff :) Thanks for reading!!!!

Sat, April 26, 2008 - 7:43 PMI have the room for Tues, Wed, and Thurs night. They are sold out for Fri and Sat. So for those last two nights I will be at the motel 6 in Santa Rosa unless there is a cancellation at the Inn. You are welcome to stay any of those nights at either hotels. Interested in any of it? Or did you mean you are interested in sharing a room you already have? -

Mon, April 28, 2008 - 9:45 PMOkay, the Inn called me, they had a cancellation. I have a room Tues-Sat night, so no moving to Motel 6. There can be up to three people in the room. So if it's just two of us, it's $85 per person, and if there are three of us, then $63 per person (they add an extra $20 for the third person) plus the tax, which they told me is 12%. Anyone or ones interested? -

12% tax! christ...I'm used to...none...how much extra is that? But I'd definatly be willing to do Tuesday-friday [or whenever we get the other room, I'll let you know.] :]
Anyone have a room for sunday night? I can ask Bobbi too, if she doesn't see this before I get the chance to ask her, if she's interested in sharing as well, if we don't/can't find other accomidations. -

Wed, April 30, 2008 - 9:43 AMAccording to the info. on the TF site, there's a shuttle from the airport to the nearby city (Santa something :-) for like $38 RT, and then it's just a short cab ride from there.
I'm actually trying to figure out the same stuff now...

Wed, April 30, 2008 - 10:02 AMAs of yesterday, both the Sebastopol Inn and the Sebastopol Holiday Inn Express are sold out for the weekend :-( I love camping... it's always a hoot, but not sure about schlepping the tent+sleepingbag/mat+video gear cross country.
I'm not quite comfortable asking anyone if they've got a room to share since I hardly know any of you.... BUT.... if anyone has a spare bed in their room for a married all-around-nice-guy (who can get real nuts/wacky but more often is all-around pretty safe ;-)... please let me know! I'm pretty sure I'm going to do this... and this is one of the last pieces now...
or... if you have any other ideas, I'm all ears... help! -

Wed, April 30, 2008 - 5:26 PMIf you have a vehicle, there are lots of hotels in Santa Rosa and Rohnert Park, both of which are only about a 10-20 minute drive to Sebastopol. And, the hotels in Rohnert Park, at least, are less expensive than those in Sebastapol. So, if you don't need to go back and forth to your room a lot during the day this is another option if you want to stay in a hotel.
