... this is Mishaal's description of the class...

'We will be working on the `inner dance`, where we induce a light trance
state that lets us tap into the source of our creativity. This
light trance state also helps makes performance less scary... and we
will also be working on the `outer dance` which is about sharing
while in this state, so we will be doing some improvised sharing/
performance, where are goal is to tap into our deep mystical nature
and express/communicate from there. It wont be full on performance,
like one at a time with everyone watching, but maybe half the group
at a time doing their own solo at the same time, and the other half
watching, but it will be a good experience in performance."
