Returning Tribal Fest vendors please keep your eyes open. You should be getting e-mails aps from us starting Sunday with a Jan.1st deadline to get back to us.

New this year, Air Conditioning inside and night time security from 8 pm top 8 am!!

Don't forget to get your ads in the program. Back cover is already taken! Can you guess by who? :-)

If you know that you will not be returning to Tribal Fest 10 May 12-16,2010, please let us know asap because we have a waiting list of vendors who would like to come....

      Advertise Yourself, Troupe, Event, Business, or ? in The TF 10 Program

      Tribal Fest will continue to provide actual, real, full-size PROGRAMS! Glossy paper front and back, and lotsa room for your ads. You know, the kind of program people actually keep, so they can contact you year-round! I will not be placing the Show lineup on the Site or on our Tribe - it will ONLY be listed in The Program, so festival-goers are sure to see your ad.

      Here’s the price breakdowns:
      quarter page ad size: up to 4.25" x 5.5" = $35 *If using PayPal: $38
      half page ad size: up to 5.5" x 8.5" = $50 *If using PayPal: $53
      full page ad size: up to 8.5" x 11" = $75 *If using PayPal: $79
      centerfold (two pages that fill the center): $175 *If using PayPal: $180
      inside front or back glossy cover (full page, 8.5" x 11") = $95 *If using PayPal: $100

      Do not send Ad money to the graphic artist. See “Method of Payment” below. Thank you!
      All ads must be camera-ready, no exceptions! Ads will be printed in black ink only.

      ** VERY IMPORTANT **: All artwork must be sent directly to Politti Ashcraft of Obsidian Graphics. Ads will be accepted by EMAIL or CD ROM ONLY. NO hard copies (paper) at all. For emailed ads, use one of these PC formats only: PDF, TIF or JPG - created or scanned at least 300 dpi. Ads that do not follow these requirements will NOT be used. Email artwork (and any questions about it) to: Obsidiangraphics@earthlink.net

      Method of Payment for Ads:

      Checks, Money Orders and PayPal are accepted for your Ads. If using PayPal for your Ad, please note the different fees above. Do send me the Ad Payment, but don’t send me your ad. = ;-)

      *Please write in the message section of your PayPal transaction or enclose a note with your Check or Money Order telling us what size and placement of the ad you’re paying for. Email your fees from your PayPal account to: TribalFest@aol.com

      Or, make out your Check or Money Order to (and send it along with a letter or note card explaining what you’re paying for) to:
